Shipping Policy
At BookiGift, we want your bookish treasures to reach you safely. Here is what to expect once you place an order.
Processing time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 10–15 business days, depending on your location. Please allow a little extra time during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Tracking You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Tracking may take 2–5 days to show updates after the label is created.
Shipping destinations We currently ship within US, GB, CA AU. If your country is not available at checkout, we are not yet able to deliver there.
Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it.
Lost or delayed packages If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of purchase, or your tracking shows it as lost, contact us at bookilover@outlook.com and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
