Refund & Return Policy

Every order is covered by our 30-day guarantee. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong items If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the item.

Changed your mind You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. Email us first to receive return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us cannot be processed. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order not received If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

Refund timing Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
